Ty nie piszesz komendy tylko trzeba w pliku konfiguracyjnym zaznaczyć "1" csdm.cfg

jak instalujesz csdm to powinieneś mieć taki plik (albo podobny-nie pamiętam już) wchodzisz tam przez notatnik i tam na samej górze jest csdm_active 0 to zmień na 1
