problem z wgraniem plików na serwer

wgrywam pliki na serwer za pomocą klienta FTP (Total Commander) i po pewnym czasie pojawia się komunikat : Nie mogę utworzyć zdalnego katalogu i wtedy przestaje wysyłać mimo ,iż nie wszystkie pliki zostały wysłane. Miejsca na serwerze jest wiele , więc odpada limit wielkości.
