A więc mam problem z pluginem public rules,

otóż w ogóle on mi nie działa :|

Według autora plik rules.txt, powinien się sam utworzyć, ale jednak sie nie utworzył, wiec go sam utworzyłem...

set rules_speed and rules_interval whatever you like

no dobra, ale gdzie to mam ustawic?

rules_interval - interval between automatic rules display
rules_admin_only - disables say /rules command from regular users
rules_join - if set 1 displays rules after player have joined server
rules_hudmessage_time - time how long hudmessage is displayed
rules_join_timeout - delay to show rules when joining to the server

to też... gdzie?

i kiedy wpisuje komende rules_enable pokazuje mi że jest OFF

i kiedy ustawie na ON, po chwili znowu jest OFF ;\

wtf?

oczywiście żadne zasady sie nie wyswietlają...

on jest dobry, widocznie nie umiesz go zainstalowac

Wrzucam plugin do plugins, dopisuje do plugins.ini, robie rukes.txt

i co jeszcze?
