Problem z amxbans

Wgrywam na serwer amxbans 5.1 i w poradniku jest napisane:

Nadaj prawa do prawa zapisu do katalogu smarty/templates_c oraz do pliku include/config.inc.php (jeśli go nie ma, to należy go stworzyć; w praktyce dajemy na ten katalog i plik uprawnienia chmod 777)

Nadałem chmod 777 na smarty i templates_c oraz na folder include, ale nie mam pliku config.inc.php...pisze że należy go stworzyc ale jak ? moge jedynie katalog utworzyc ale żadnego pliku o rozszerzeniu inc.php nie...zaradzi ktoś ?
Wgrałem wcześniej najnowszego amxx wraz z mm.

Stwórz nowy plik tekstowy, nadaj mu nazwę config.inc.php Wyślij go do folderu, w którym powinien być i wtedy próbuj. Jaką wersję AMXBans instalujesz?

bakul coś to ma wspólnego jaką mam wersje co do tego pliku txt ?

Pusty taki pliczek ma byc ? no cóż zrobie tak jak mówisz...

Pusty plik tekstowy, zmień na podaną wyżej nazwę, zapisz i prześlij przez FTP do odpowiedniego folderu. Potem nadaj prawa i sprawdź jak będzie z instalacją.

Chyba tkwi problem w złych danych do bazy MySQL i teraz nie czyta jej wogóle...czyż nie tak ?
