a komendy typu amx_kick itd działają normalnie?

Jeśli pisze, że komenda nie istnieje to znaczy, że pluginu nie masz, pokaż wpis z rcon amx_plugins, jeśli nic się nie wyświetli pokaż rcon meta list i plugins.ini
