Witam. Niepotrzeba żadnego patcha żeby to naprawić. Ja sobie w inny sposób poradziłem. Wystarczy ze w linijce gdzie sie dopisuje dodatkowe parametry, czyli PPM na skrót dedicated server i dodać "no" z linijki gdzie jest "-master". Po wykonanej czynności powinno to wyglądać następująco: "dysk:\katalog z grami badź bezpośrednio katalog cstrike\Counter-Strike\hlds.exe -nomaster -game cstrike -insecure ".

U mnie taki zabieg pomugł. Każdemu komu pomogłem postaw gibona xD

Ale jak dopiszecei -nomaster to serwer nie bedzie widizany na liscie serwerow internetowych w grze i nikt nie wejdzie na ten serwer chyba ze podasz mu osobiscie IP.
