Plugin bullet_damage.amxx nie działa i pytanie o plugin

Siemka ! Mam problem. Plugin bullet_damage.amxx mi nie działa.
Zainstalowałem na serwa dwa pluginy. Mute menu i bullet_damage . Mute działa bullet nie. AMX 1.8, wszystko dobrze zainstalowane, amxx i .slu wgrane i nie działa na serwie. Rzuciłem HE w siebie i nic nie pokazało a DMG zabrało. Zresetowałem serwa, zmieniłem mapę i tak nie działa. Proszę o szybką pomoc.
Drugie o co chciałem prosić, to o taki plugin który by dodawał na say'u Np. Jeśli jakiś gracz krzyczy, zmutuj go komendą /mute
